and get it on with those nutrient dense foods and foods in their natural organic form, such as whole grains, nuts, seeds,
rice, beans, red fish, white fish, organic meat occasionally, potatoes, sea veggies, fruits and land vegetables. Eat what
your body wants of whole food. When you go to the supermarket and pick out food, get out of your head and ask your body what
it wants! If it craves grapefruit eat grapefruit...we are to become like sheep, grazers. |
